1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in UTech Digital Academy courses or accessing our website (utech-edu.com), parents, guardians, and students agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Enrollment & Fee Payment

• Course fees are listed on a 1-Month rate basis by default.
• Parents may choose 1, 2, 3, or 4-month fee payment plans. Payers selecting 2 or more months receive an automatic 10% discount on their total fee quote.
• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of fee payment or official registration submission.

3. Student Code of Conduct & Attendance

UTech promotes an encouraging, respectful, and safe learning environment. Students are expected to attend scheduled sessions punctually and treat instructors and peers with respect. Misconduct or disruptive behavior may lead to suspension without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, video lectures, and branding remain the exclusive intellectual property of UTech Digital Education. Students retain ownership of their original project code while granting UTech permission to feature completed projects in public student showcases.
